(1) If a foreign organization conducting equivalence testing wants to carry out work related to equivalence testing in Nepal, it must obtain the approval of the Centre.
(2) Except as provided otherwise by the prevailing law, the center of the conformity testing organization may regulate.
(3) Procedures related to approval/and regulation under this section shall be as prescribed.
